There is a vibrant expat community in Maputo and a lots of varied events
There are many different events around Maputo for expats and locals alike. There are so many weekly diary events that is is difficult to keep track. We can introduce you to like-minded people, whatever your hobby or interests and get you involved in all sorts of things.

You would be surprised (as a foodie) what Maputo has to offer!
The photo is of a private goats cheese tasting session not far from Maputo, organised as part of a day trip from the city. We also organise dinners, fine dining, cookery lessons, baking classes & amazing banquets to cater for various different budgets.
Regular Events; OpenAir Cinema
Regular topical & classic movie screenings in a safe, socially distanced space
What with one thing and another (covid), we are entering in to a new version of what is normal. As part of this we are organising regular, socially distanced, outdoor screenings of fabulous movies. Tickets will be available in advance. Host venues will make food and drink available on account.

Fortnightly excursions & activities in and around Maputo
A chance to be a tourist in and around your own city. There are plenty of places to explore within an easy drive of Maputo that are worth exploring and making friends and family jealous "back home".. like safaris, beach trips, paragliding, swimming with dolphins, hiking to a waterfall for a dip and much much more. Every few weeks we organise an outing to get out of the city.

A birthday party for your 4 year old or a wedding, we can help!
​This is where we excel, whether you need to organise and cater a party for 50 spiderman crazy 4 year olds or a romantic anniversary dinner on a private beach, we know just the places and just the people to pull it all together
Volunteering
There are plenty of ways to help your local community... let's talk!
There are plenty of small charities, orphanages, religious centres, associations, sports groups and reading clubs (to name but a few) in and around Maputo that you can be involved with on a regular or ad hoc basis - we have even organized for professional coaches to come and work with the national cricket team. You will be surprised just how easy it is to find ways to get integrated in to the community in a meaningful way.

There is nothing we love ore than putting you in touch with an association so that you can start to make a difference.
Regular Event: Monthly Quiz Night
A monthly trivia night, open to all, raising money for local charities
This is a fun evening and a great chance to meet other expats living and working in Maputo. The aim of the evening is to win obviously, but along the way we showcase and raise money for various local charities.
